Colby Claycomb was born in Sacramento, California in 1979. Currently, he lives in Brooklyn, New York. He received his M.F.A. from San Francisco Art Institute and attended Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture in 2009. He received a B.A. from University of California, Davis in 2006.
